5 STEPS TO HELP YOU FIND THE PERFECT LINGERIE

At AEMILIA we are completely dedicated to helping you purchase the perfect lingerie for your loved one. To help you find the right gift, head designer Emily, has compiled this easy 5-step guide.

Silk is synonymous with sensuality, gentleness, beauty & elegance. This is why we chose to work with this beautiful material when making designer lingerie & sleepwear.

  1. WHAT SIZE IS SHE?

What is her size?

The best way to find out is to look in her lingerie drawer, and see what size she has the most of. The sizing is usually a two digit number and a letter, for example 34B. Once you've found her bra size, you will need to find her bottoms too. This is normally size small, medium or large, or it could be a dress size, for example size 8, 10 and 12.When choosing the size, we recommend you to order the usual dress size of your companion for all our items. To help you choose the best size, a size guide is available: you just have to select her measurements & choose the closest size. The cups of our creations are adapted to the cup B& C predominantly, which are the most common. If your lady has a smaller or deeper cup, or it is very small or tall, we advise you to opt for a on-measure customised order, or send us an enquiry form so we can advise where you can choose the cup & the length of the garment

2. WHAT STYLES DOES SHE LIKE?

Does she prefer to wear sensual silk lingerie, more risque full lace styles, or comfortable more practical styles?Once you figure this out, find out if she wears luxurious slips, robes, nightwear sets… Women tend to purchase sophisticated, classic and elegant styles , the ones they find most comfortable or flattering. All our products are cut on the bias: we do not follow the weave of the tissue but let it fall more naturally. This cut allows the dress to fit & perfectly align with the shape of your beautiful lady, leaving the dress to the ease of a half size.

3. CHOOSE COLOURS SHE'LL LOVE

Have a look in her drawer again, does she prefer light or dark colours? These are colours you should stick to when purchasing either lingerie or luxury nightwear.
